1. What Vision AI is

Vision AI is an AI life coach and self-improvement app: daily check-ins, goals, money tracking and a budget, music, the Academy (self-paced courses), Study tools, the Balance wellness space, wake-up calls and a TradingView alert inbox. Replies and course content are generated or assisted by AI models and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete.

Vision AI is not professional advice. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or mental-health advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

2. Balance is wellness coaching, not therapy

Balance offers self-help tools (thought records, breathing, mood tracking, gratitude and reflections) and short supportive coaching. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and Vision AI is not a licensed therapist. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, Canada, 24/7). If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. When the app detects crisis language it stops coaching and shows these resources. To find a licensed therapist, see the Psychology Today Canada directory.

3. Trading and investing content

Trading courses, charts and TradingView alerts are for education and personal organisation only. Trading is high-risk. Most short-term traders lose money, and leveraged products can lose more than you deposit. Vision AI is not a registered adviser or dealer. Alerts are only relayed from your own TradingView account. Vision AI never places trades and never logs in to your brokerage or TradingView account.

4. Academy certificates

Academy certificates of completion show that you finished a self-paced Vision AI course. They are not accredited, and they are not an academic credential, professional licence or designation from any school, college, university, government or regulator. Video lectures are free public YouTube videos, shown with credit to their creators. Their creators do not endorse Vision AI. AI-generated custom courses are labelled as such and may contain mistakes.

5. Your account

6. Credits, subscriptions and payments

7. Wake-up calls and notifications

Wake-up calls are automated phone calls placed through Twilio, only to a number you add, after you tick the consent box, and only on the days and at the time you choose. You can turn them off at any time in the app. Each call uses credits as shown in the app. Carrier charges may apply.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Vision AI to break the law, harass people, create harmful or sexual images, upload content you don't have the rights to, or overload, scrape or break the service. Music you upload stays on your device and must be music you have the right to play. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, [Legal name, e.g. "Kelvin Howard, operating as K & K Property Management"] is not liable for losses that come from relying on AI output, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Saskatchewan or Canadian consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may change features, prices or these terms. We'll post updates on this page and, for changes to paid plans, tell you in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and of Canada.
